First: Hotel and flight booking refund policy

All services and bookings provided by the company are subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers and related parties.

Amendment requests and refund
Requests for modification or refund are subject to the terms and fees of the service provider, and some services or bookings may be non-modifiable or non-refundable.

If the refund is approved, the funds will be refunded within a period of up to 15 working days from the date the request is approved by the service provider.

The visa service is limited to submitting and processing applications, while decisions regarding issuance, rejection, or processing time remain the responsibility of the relevant authorities.

Validity of travel documents
The customer must ensure that their passport, travel documents, and visas are valid and that all travel requirements are met.

Refusal to go up or entering
If a traveler is refused boarding or entry into the destination country due to non-compliance with regulatory requirements, the terms and conditions of the service providers and relevant authorities shall apply.

Fees Additional taxes
Some entities or service providers may impose additional fees or taxes that are payable directly by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Fees Non-refundable
Service fees, issuance fees, and fees for services rendered are non-refundable. Refunds are also subject to an administrative fee starting at a minimum of 3% of the refunded amount.

Exceptional cases and force majeure
In exceptional cases or circumstances beyond our control, reservations are handled in accordance with the policies of service providers and relevant authorities.

Payment of the invoice or confirmation of the booking by any means constitutes acceptance of all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
Second: Visa Services Refund Policy

Confirm the appointment
The application appointment is confirmed as soon as the invoice amount is paid in full.

Cancel application before Preparing the file
If a client requests to cancel their application after booking an appointment but before the file preparation process begins, the visa fee will be refunded only within 10 business days of the cancellation date. This excludes visas for the United States and the United Kingdom. If the file preparation process has already begun, the client is not entitled to any refund.

US and UK visas
After confirming your US or UK visa appointment, the fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancel application before book an appointment
If the customer wishes to cancel the application before booking the appointment, an administrative fee of 15% of the total invoice value will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.

Appointment rebooking fees
A regular appointment rebooking fee of 250 Saudi Riyals applies for each passport.

Changing the sponsor or Travel Date
If the client wishes to change the sponsor of the trip or amend the travel date after the documents have been prepared, a fee of 280 Saudi Riyals per person will be charged for re-preparing the file.

Disclaimer embassy decision
The company bears no responsibility for the acceptance or rejection of visa applications, and is not liable for any financial or legal consequences resulting from the decision of the competent authority.

Embassy requirements update
The company is committed to processing visa applications according to the requirements announced at the time of submission. If the embassies issue updates or additional requirements after processing, the company will assist the client in fulfilling them, and additional fees may apply where necessary.

The request was rejected. Before the embassy
If the visa application is rejected by the embassy, the fees paid are non-refundable.

Time period Schengen visa
Regarding Schengen visas, the relevant embassy is the only entity responsible for determining the validity period of the visa.

The company is not responsible for the visa issuance period, and the client is only informed of an approximate period without any obligation to this period.

The impact of delays on travel bookings
If the visa is delayed by the embassy for any reason, the company bears no responsibility for the client's flight or hotel bookings.

Reschedule the appointment
The client is entitled to reschedule an appointment only once, subject to availability in the system, and at least 72 hours prior to the original appointment time and for external fingerprinting appointments, as per embassy instructions. Fees are non-refundable if the client does not attend. Private appointments and VIP lounge appointments cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

Document delivery
The company sends all the requirements and documents requested by embassies to the client via WhatsApp. The client is responsible for providing these documents to the company well in advance of the appointment. The client is also solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the documents and bears all financial and legal consequences in case of any errors or omissions.

Document submission deadline
All required documents must be submitted or sent at least two working days before the appointment. If there is a delay, the appointment will be cancelled without a refund.

Travel insurance
The standard travel insurance coverage for visa issuance is 7 days, which is sufficient to complete the issuance process even for longer trips. If the client requires additional coverage, fees will apply according to the rates of approved insurance companies.

Value Added Tax
Value Added Tax (VAT) is added only to taxable services, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Agreement on the terms
Payment of the invoice amount constitutes the customer’s explicit acceptance of all the above terms and conditions without exception.
Payment of the invoice or confirmation of the booking by any means constitutes full acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in this policy.
