The term "Company" refers to Fasttrax Travel and Tourism. "Website" refers to the Company's website and digital applications. "Customer" refers to any person who uses the website or books a service through it. "Services" include travel programs, tour packages, hotel bookings, airline tickets, transportation services, visas, and tourist activities.

The user acknowledges being 18 years of age or older, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. They possess full legal capacity to enter into contracts and make reservations. They provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information when using the site.

All bookings are subject to service availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is only considered confirmed after receipt of the required payment and official confirmation notification from the company. The customer is obligated to pay the amounts due according to the terms and conditions specified for each service. The company reserves the right to cancel incomplete orders or those containing incorrect information.

Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals unless otherwise stated. Prices may change before booking confirmation due to changes in service provider rates, taxes, or government fees. Prices include only what is stated in the service description and do not include any additional fees not mentioned.

Cancellation and modification requests are subject to the policies of service providers such as airlines and hotels. Cancellation or modification fees may apply according to the booking terms. Refunds are processed after approval by the service provider and within the timeframe specified by the relevant financial or banking authorities.

The customer is responsible for: reviewing the booking details before confirming it, ensuring the accuracy of the travelers' data, obtaining the required visas and approvals, and ensuring the validity of the passport and official documents.

The company acts as an intermediary between the client and tourism service providers. The company is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by service providers or circumstances beyond its control. The company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses or damages that may arise from the use of the services.

All intellectual property rights relating to the site and its content, including texts, images, logos, designs and software, are owned by the company or its licensors, and their use is prohibited without prior written consent.

The use of the site is prohibited for: any activity that violates the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or the entry or publication of any harmful or fraudulent content, or attempting to hack the site or affect its performance or security.

The company has the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and the amendments will become effective immediately upon being published on the website.

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts and judicial authorities in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction to consider any dispute arising therefrom.
